Battersea Power Station Footbridge 2003 , 2003, London, United Kingdom

With Lead Consultants and Engineers ARUP, we proposed a new footbridge over the river Thames, in front of Battersea Power Station.

To avoid having piers in the river and any structure above the deck which would interrupt the views of the riverside, we opted for a single span arch.
Topped with a glass canopy in its centre, one can rest and watch the uninterrupted views of the River Thames.
